Macau's Michelin Starred Dining in 2025 Expands

The latest edition of the "Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau 2025" highlights the remarkable expansion of Michelin-starred restaurants in Macau's casino resorts. Announced on Wednesday, the updated list presents four new entrants to the one-star category and one restaurant that achieved a two-star status. Although one dining establishment was removed from this year's guide due to its temporary closure, these changes mark an increase in recognized dining venues, now totaling 19, compared to 16 in the previous edition. This announcement unfolded during a grand ceremony at the Grand Lisboa Palace in Cotai, a luxury resort promoted by SJM Holdings Ltd.

Prominent Names and New Entrants

In this year's guide, Jade Dragon at City of Dreams, a property of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Ltd, and Robuchon au Dôme at downtown’s Grand Lisboa Hotel retain their prestigious three-star ratings. Chef Tam’s Seasons at Wynn Palace, led by the celebrated chef Tam Kwok Fung, has been elevated to a two-star restaurant, showcasing continued excellence in culinary arts. Other two-star recipients include The Huaiyang Garden at The Londoner Macao by Sands China Ltd, The Eight at Grand Lisboa, Alain Ducasse at Morpheus within City of Dreams, Feng Wei Ju at StarWorld Hotel of Galaxy Entertainment Group Ltd, and Wing Lei at Wynn Macau.
