Though the hotel had a soft opening in early May, Capella at Galaxy Macau has primarily been available to Galaxy Entertainment Group Ltd's valued gaming and non-gaming clientele. These available dates coincide with weekdays, offering a quiet and exclusive experience. Notably, the beginning of October, which includes China's National Day holidays, currently shows no available bookings through the hotel's reservation system. However, following this holiday period, booking opportunities open up throughout October, apart from the weekends which remain fully booked. The Capella brand recently celebrated a milestone with the opening of Capella Taipei, marking its foray into Taiwan.
