This development was finalized at the conclusion of January 2025, covering over 1,100 tables throughout Sands China's properties. Such properties include renowned venues like The Venetian Macao, The Parisian Macao, The Londoner Macao, and Sands Macao, reinforcing the group's commitment to enhancing casino operations through innovative technology.
Revolutionizing Casino Gaming with Smart Technology
Angel Group describes this technology as a game-changer for marketing strategies, game protection, operational efficiency, and customer experience, all enhanced through real-time data analysis. This sophisticated analysis provides valuable insights that help optimize game management strategies. In addition, Angel Group plans to extend this "hybrid" technology to other table games such as blackjack, sic bo, and roulette, broadening its impact on the casino industry.
Future Expansion and Technological Investments
Citigroup, in a January note, identified Galaxy Entertainment Group Ltd as the second operator after MGM China Holdings Ltd to achieve full rollout of smart gaming tables for mass baccarat tables. Furthermore, Sands China and Wynn Macau have reportedly joined this movement, becoming fully integrated with smart gaming technologies in their baccarat operations. As of a recent update, 62 new smart tables have been introduced at City of Dreams' grind mass area and another 63 at Grand Lisboa, marking a significant shift towards technology-driven gaming solutions.
